Oxalis

Oxalis is a one Michelin Star neighborhood bistro just steps from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. At Oxalis, Chef Nico Russell prepares New seasonal American and French cuisine with two different menus. Just past the kitchen in the intimate dining room, the restaurant serves a seasonal carte blanche menu. In addition to the carte blanche, guests have the option to enjoy an a la carte menu in a wood-framed atrium behind the dining room.

Inspired by the neighborhood bistro restaurants of Europe, Oxalis offers thoughtful cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Named after a common plant, Oxalis embodies the belief that simplicity brings more joy than extravagance. Above all, the menu at Oxalis celebrates exactly that: simple and natural food prepared with care.

Started as a pop-up in 2016, Oxalis officially opened its doors in 2018 as the first restaurant of Redwood Hospitality.
